1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PipPeak (pippeak.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Products & Services
PipPeak provides digital trading tools including Expert Advisors (EAs), Indicators, Scripts, and Services for MetaTrader 5, as well as physical trading accessories, subscription plans, and AI-powered analytics. All digital products are delivered via license key upon confirmed payment. Products are provided "as is" and past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. License & Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product on one MetaTrader 5 account. Sharing, reselling, reverse-engineering, or redistributing any product is strictly prohibited. License keys are bound to a single MT5 account and hardware ID upon first activation. Violations may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, and 100+ coins). Prices are listed in USD. The equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the time of payment. PipPeak is not responsible for price fluctuations during the payment confirmation period. Orders are confirmed automatically upon blockchain verification.
5. Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Plus, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly. Access to subscription features is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; users must manually renew before expiration to maintain access. Downgrading or canceling a subscription does not entitle a partial refund for the current billing period.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. PipPeak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
7. Risk Disclaimer
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. PipPeak products are tools to assist your trading, not financial advice. Past performance of any Expert Advisor or indicator does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. PipPeak is not liable for any trading losses incurred while using our products.
8. Limitation of Liability
PipPeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory.
9. Changes to Terms
PipPeak reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
