1. Information We Collect
When you register on PipPeak, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted). When you make a purchase, we collect your order details and payment transaction ID. If you use our License Verification API, we collect your MT5 account number, broker name, and hardware ID. We also collect standard analytics data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process payments, deliver license keys, verify product licenses, send important account notifications (order confirmations, password resets), improve our platform and user experience, and prevent fraud and unauthorized access. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments — we never store your cryptocurrency wallet addresses or private keys.
4. Cookies & Tracking
PipPeak uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We use Google Search Console for SEO analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use certain features of the platform.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase for authentication and database, NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payment processing, Vercel for hosting, TradingView for charting widgets, and Google Search Console for analytics. Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms for full transparency.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your Dashboard Settings. You can request a complete export of your data by contacting support. You can delete your account, which will remove your profile data. However, order and license records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and license records are retained indefinitely for legal compliance. If you delete your account, your personal data (name, email) will be removed within 30 days, but anonymized transaction records may be kept.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of PipPeak after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
